There is no phone number and no mailing address for this site. It is a publication rather than a storefront, and we are not going to invent contact details that do not exist.
If we got something wrong
Tell us, with a source if you have one. Factual errors get corrected and the page gets re-dated so the change is visible. That commitment is part of our editorial policy, not a courtesy.
What we cannot help with
- Warranty, returns or order status — those belong to the retailer you bought from. We are not a seller and we do not handle transactions.
- Electrical work. Where a job needs a licensed electrician we will say so on the page, and that is as far as we can responsibly go.
- Product submissions in exchange for coverage. We do not accept free products and picks are not for sale.
